eLearning

Amrok Infomediaré Services eLearning offers three broad services.

1) Customised eLearning content development

Based on your requirements, we can develop customised content in the form of

Computer-Based Training (CBT) or Web-Based Training (WBT). CBT can be provided on CD's or hard disks for use, while WBT is hosted on the Internet/intranet and delivered by a browser. We can also digitise your proprietary content into eLearning content using appropriate and effective multimedia technologies.

We provide two types of eLearning content development services:

  • Application Based Training content, which focuses on end-user training on how to use applications
  • Concept training content, which focuses on training the end-user on concepts, theories and processes, which are relevant to the organisation.

2) Instructional Design

Instructional Design (ID) is an integral part of our development process. Our team of qualified Instructional Designers use scientific principles and theories of learning to effectively structure the content and communicate to the end-user.

Over the years, we have established a set of processes to ensure that the content development process moves smoothly from raw content stage (usually provided by you) to the final, multimedia-digitised form (provided by us).

3) eLearning consulting

Our objective is to help our customers formulate a comprehensive roadmap to adopt modern corporate learning methods for maximum benefit. Our consulting approach takes into account various technologies and delivery methods available to customers today, maps the same to the current and future needs of the organisation, availability of infrastructure, organisational readiness to adopt various modes of learning and identifies important change management issues in absorbing new methods of learning.

Our approach also helps in evaluating and selecting specific products, tools and technology solutions that will form part of the overall learning infrastructure.

We will deliver to the customer a comprehensive roadmap, which constitutes the kind of products and services that will be of most use to the customer, the solutions that the customer can utilise best, the kind of content required for improving the effectiveness of the training programmes and also the sequence and timelines to be adhered to while implementing new learning methodologies in different parts of the organisation.
